At Fly London, we want you to walk with confidence; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original branded shoebox.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes inside their original Fly London box and secure them within a protective shipping mailer or carton.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
